A way to capture the suggestion given in discourse.

An FFTW.nextfftlen(n) function would be reasonable, along with FFTW.nextrfftlen(n) for real-input FFTs (which favor even lengths). But I think this would be in addition to an N-smooth nextsmooth function in Primes.jl.
