Incosistent parameters in MOD_SLOGIN_HINAME in en-GB #125

MOD_SLOGIN_HINAME has two parameters:

slogin/mod_slogin/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_slogin.ini

Line 9 in 0a670d1

MOD_SLOGIN_HINAME="Hi %s (%s),"

But here only providing one of them.

slogin/mod_slogin/tmpl/compact.php

Line 29 in 0a670d1

    
           <?php echo JText::sprintf('MOD_SLOGIN_HINAME', htmlspecialchars($user->get('name')));	 ?>

It causes an error under some circunstances.
