Order package

Up for grabs, there is something already started in jiro/order. As mentioned these packages will be split into repos at version 0.2.0.

Requirements so far:

• Order model and repository
• Eloquent drivers
• Factory class
• Attribute model using the EAV (entity attribute value) pattern

For hints basically take a look at Sylius product repo that is what we are aiming for, although with a Active record implementation rather then a Doctrine (Data mapper)
