Feature Wishlist?

Dear Jim,

Thank you for restoring the repo. I have used this package before and I am very satisfied with it. I understand that you have not worked with CyTOF anymore, hence the archival of the repo. Do you have any wish list of features that you want to add? Maybe I can do something to improve this already useful package.
