Describe the bug

Hello. When I want to connect to any Outline keys, it says “The access key is invalid. If this error occurs again, please contact the user who provided it” The same keys work on Android. I can't figure out what the error is

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the application
2. Press the "Connect" button
3. The message appears “The access key is invalid. If this error occurs again, please contact the user who provided it”

What did you expect to happen?

I wrote to you in the application that is installed on my desktop. My reference number is 00605384.
