Describe the bug
Disabling the connection leaves in processes, a hidden console on pause, running on behalf of the system.

To reproduce
1 - connect
2 - disconnect

Client system (please complete the following information):

  • Outline 1.12.1 (471860)
  • Windows 10 22H2

Additional context
These processes accumulate with each disconnect, so far they only consume memory and hardly use CPU, nevertheless it is extremely stupid looking, and a process from a system without a parent, potentially looking like a possible security issue.
