kmeans files saved one level above working directory #319

Using VAST 3.8.2 and FishStatsUtils 2.10.2, the two kmeans files are generated but are saved one directory above the indicated working directory. Both "working_dir" and "Compile_dir" are specified in fit_model(), there is no slash at the end of either of those strings.

The two kmeans files should have different names ... which is put in the higher-level dir?

And can you make a reproducible example, and/or share the script that results in this behavior?
