Run docker-compose environment with compiled image of isanteplus running within the environment (See i-tech-uw/shared-health-record .github actions)
Run the QA framework as part of the github CI build
Provide a QA report and attach to Release Notes (this might have to be done manually, while creating a release) (Perhaps there might be a github action to create a release automatically)
