this problem dricription:
when I use you provided sample(MsSQL-Binding-Sample),I push it ，I can access SQL server successfully.
but when I push a mvc app created by myself, SQL server return error:"Error launching application, the specified file was not found".

if I want push an app create by myself,I want to know how to config it?
