[Feature Request] Currency symbol dropdown prefilled instead of text field in settings

Is it possible to implement currency symbols dropdown prefilled with choices of USD, EUR, GBP, etc symbols instead of just text field? Some users accept payments in multiple currencies may have inconvenience in copying and pasting the symbols each and every time whenever they bill currencies other than USD.

Unfortunately it needs a bit more information to judge whether we can make it in V1 or V2 of InvoicePlane

Context

Tell where in InvoicePlane you're using those currency symbols, maybe sum it up so it can be a checklist once this feature request has been programmed.

Go to settings and under amount settings, i see only $ currency symbol in the text field. How about a drop down something like choose your currency with the list of symbols $, €, £, etc. Pls find the attached screenshot. Version 1.6.0

Great idea, I've moved it up to an earlier version than V2, it can be in V2 for sure.

If someone wants to take on making a PR for this, feel free.

and the next drop down currency code should be auto selected based on first currency symbol dropdown. That makes more sense.
