In fact we also have some AMD CPU machines which we use to perform simulations, so far without any problem. However, we don't have tested this in a docker container. |

Dear community,
Currently, I am having a few problems running the simulator in a machine with AMD CPU and no (GPU).
We are launching a docker container with SPlisHSPlasH installed, based on the
nvidia/cuda:12.3.1-devel-ubuntu20.04
, and building support both for CPU and GPU simultaneously. The reason for this, is to swiftly change machines with the same dockerfile. Then, we are launching a simple simulation within the docker container in a CPU only machine.
When running this workflow in an Intel CPU machine, everything works wonderfully. However, when running the same workflow and simulation we are receiving the following error in the
stderr.txt
:When running locally on an AMD machine with GPU. Everything also works wonderfully!
Are you guys aware of any bug when running in AMD CPU machines?
