Hi there. I come with an odd suggestion:
Hydro-electric turbines. The kind you'd see in dams. Functionality-wise, they'd just be fancy water wheels with a moderate power output. Appearance-wise, they'd look something like their IRL counterpart?
Anyways, I'm not the best with making Github tickets, so please let me know if you need more info.
