Sorry, if this is a duplicate, but I didn't find a issue related to this via the search.

Describe the bug

Since the separation of the IcingaWeb preferences and the module stuff (~2.12 I think?)
the user and general configuration is positioned on the bottom left of the page.

This is the case in all the browsers I use (firefox and chromium).

Therefor, the link preview is hiding the configuration buttons.

Also the cog wheel has a quite small hitbox, often I move the pointer slightly
to the side and the menu vanishes before I can reach it.

Expected behavior

The configuration buttons should be positioned somewhere where they are always
visible. And probably bigger.
