Main column

  • Title
  • 'Read data descriptor article' (link to DOI)
  • Investigation Details
    • (include the details that they have in the summary table)
  • Samples Details
    • include the characteristics and link to the study sample file
  • Protocols Details
    • Method name, method type (use for filtering)
    • add parameter values, if available
    • links to the assay files
  • Related Publications using this Dataset
    • add all the DOIs for related publications, investigate crossref/pubmed/other API to pull the information about the publications (e.g. journal name, article title, article authors)
  • Contacts
  • Funders
