It's been a while that the Portuguese translation files is not updated

I opened a PR #2770 for this issue.
For now I fixed some typos and I have a doubt about the Intent work in the application context.
I don't know if Intenção is the right translation.

Could you verify this?

Hi @renato04

No worries. I'm so sorry for the delay. I was working and unable to reply to you until now.
I will need the context to answer that. Usually, it will translate as Intenção if it is used as a noun, but it could be pretender as well if used as a verb.
I am kind of new on Github, so please bear with me. I'm trying to find the application context, but no success yet. As soon as I find it, I'll get back to you right away.

In this case is related to exam diagnosis.
It's about health.
