Gluth's Fetching Knife doesn't show up in Rotface 10-man Raid Heroic loot table

To Reproduce

Open ICC 10 man raid heroic loot, go to Rotface drops, no Gluth's Fetching Knife in loot table

Expected behavior

Gluth's Fetching Knife should show up in Rotface HC 10 man loot table
