控制器A present 控制器 B，控制器B present C，控制器C dismiss所有的控制器，然后 push控制器D会导致所有的push动画失效，并且生命周期也受影响

其中 B的 shouldEnableAppearanceTransition = YES， C的shouldEnableAppearanceTransition = NO
