Can't run SabberStoneConsole, dotnet.exe error #84

dotnet.exe terminated with error code -2147450749 (0x80008083).
Anyone knows how to fix this?
I've installed .NET core 2.0.2 and Visual Studio 2017 15.4.2

I think you need .NET Core 1.0.x
