Hearthstone Deck Tracker not launching.

Expected Behavior

Installing and Launching Hearthstone Deck Tracker

Actual Behavior

Tracker icon briefly flashes on the task bar and nothing happens. HearthstoneDeckTracker folder is created at the C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\HearthstoneDeckTracker, but none of the .exe files seem to be able to launch the application.

There are no any logs in the HDT folder whatsoever.
