Feature: Emergency Pause / Strict mode

The app could provide a way to ask for a short pause (eg. 2 minutes) every once in a while (like every 2 sections). The idea is that we might have to leave for a short time during a work session and this feature could limit the use of the pause button (so one might not be able to pause work for a YouTube video).

The emergency pause could be part of a so-called strict mode where the pause and stop buttons are entirely removed so there is no way to stop a work session except with the use of the emergency pause.
