I am Facing Problem while using nvEnc for encoding in hadbrake

Problem Description

When I try To use My RTX 3050 Ti GPU For Encoding It Says Encoding Failed , Rest You can See in Activity Logs

ok thanks now its working , btw if u know best settings for handbrake to encode files for 1080p and 720p let me know
