Problem Description
Nvenc error:
Same problem using ffmpeg command line version 6.1.1-full_build-www.gyan.dev with option
-c:v h264_nvenc
.Updating Nvidia driver to latest version 528.02 did not help.
Vidcoder 8.26, which is based on Handbrake 1.6.1 works OK.
The issue likely appeared after updating Handbrake and ffmpeg.

From Handbrake Preferences/Updates/Check for updates
