Currently the --highlight option with ~/.235.config file only works on the granularity level of last names which means that you cannot highlight Peter Forsberg without also highlighting Filip Forsberg.

I'd like to make the feature more granular.

The original reason was that in the print function, there's only last name information and I decided to post-pone the more complex solution to the future, ie. this issue.
