User story:
As a TTA Smart Hub user, I want the lists of reports I see on my home page to be paginated so that I don't have to scroll endless when the lists grow bigger.

Assumption:
Even though the "my reports" list will always be shorter than the "all reports" list, we should implement this pagination on both lists because a TTA manager's "my" list may actually grow big enough with reports to approve to warrant the pagination. (The engineers may also want to implement pagination on both/all lists for reasons of code quality.)

Acceptance criteria:

  • pagination displays allowing the user to advance through the list
    • pagination always displays, even if there is only one page, but the advance controls don't display
  • if a reports list has been filtered or sorted, the filter or sort order is respected while the user paginates through it
  • if a user changes a filter or sort order after having paginated some way into the list, the system jumps the user back to the first page on applying the filter or sort so that the user sees the revised list in the right order.
