If an INSPIRE ID is not attached when a submission is created, the Coordinator is prompted for a provisional submission title, which is replaced when the publication information is pulled from INSPIRE. However, sometimes Coordinators would like to change the title before attaching an INSPIRE ID. An "Edit Title" option should be displayed next to the submission title together with the existing "Add INSPIRE Record" option.
