Ensure column order is maintained no matter how the data obtained (aka whether using griddle-core or not).

This should be tested against the following criteria:

Given the set of columns in fake data, when checking and unchecking the first column in settings -- it should appear as column 0
Given columns defined through ColumnDefinition with order properties, unchecking/checking the first column should maintain column position
