Incorrect number of columns of Quick settings after startup

GravityBox can't correctly set the number of columns of Quick settings after startup without any SIM cards installed:

After launching something with the landspace mode available and switching to the landscape mode then back to portrait Quick settings columns number became as configured:

This issue does not appear with installed SIM card

Versions of software:

• GravityBox 11.0.5 on LSPosed 1.6.5 with Magisk 23
• Oneplus 9 Pro with LineageOS 18.1-2021122
