The ROM is based from Samsung stock Oreo 8.0 from UK provider BTU and comes with Magisk 23. I've added Magisk modules Riru 25.4.4 and Riru-EdXposed 0.5.2.2, which enables me to run GravityBox [O] v8.6.0, which works fine except for this one quirk.
Note that the Galaxy S7 has a physical home button key. I don't have access to any other phones to see how widespread this issue is.
Steps to demonstrate issue:
Install GravityBox as described above.
In GravityBox, under "Navigation keys actions", assign an action (eg "toggle torch") to the long-press home key.
From the launcher home, long-press the home key to activate the function.
Power button now no longer functions, tap-to-sleep and press-for-power-menu are gone.
To restore functionality, short-press the home key for its default function.
Power key functionality is now restored.
Using the mapped home key should not affect the power key.
