windows端修改设置后白屏，以管理员身份运行后恢复正常 #510

问题

gospeed在设置 -> 高级 -> API后关闭，退出后台程序，并重新打开，一直白屏,重试几次都无法解决。
后续"以管理员身份运行"后恢复正常
