[Win32] ISO PC GAME icon, can be setted manually or just use some default icon?

Hi, thank you for this software, I really liked. The "problem" is just that the icon of pcgame.iso are blank (as unkown ext|format file); i would like if it could be setted manually ico o just default by system o rom-propeties some icon.

This should be falling back to a default .iso icon, but I've had issues with icon fallbacks before. I'll double-check it later this week.
