Background Information

I took a look at the teams I am a part of recently and there seems to be some left over ones that are related to when I supported the TTS Tech Portfolio. I went to update the Offboarding instructions and it led me to the Onboarding instructions so I created a Pull Request #1584 as a way to address the issue.

I plan on leaving the groups on my own; but wanted to make the team aware that there might need to be some process improvement because I shouldn't have access to the following teams now that I'm not on the Tech Portfolio...

Also, wanted to draw ya'lls attention to https://github.com/orgs/18F/teams/temp-transfer since that was created specifically as a part of transferring repos from one agency to another; I forget if it worked or not; but it can probably be deleted as well (I don't think I have the permissions do do that now)

Implementation Steps

  • Confirm if cause was related to @its-a-lisa-at-work offboarding occuring before the automation that is currently in place to handle
  • Manually remove @its-a-lisa-at-work from groups identified in the issue ^

Acceptance Criteria

  • past Tech Portfolio members have been successfully offboarded from groups now administered by terraform.
@its-a-lisa-at-work its-a-lisa-at-work added the g: initial Issue template needs to be filled out, and/or initiative/timing labels need to be added. label Oct 12, 2021
