Problem description

There are missing configuration settings that are still valid e.g.:
https://giscience.github.io/openrouteservice/run-instance/configuration/json#ors-services-isochrones-fastisochrones-profiles-default-params
are not documented in the new docu:
https://giscience.github.io/openrouteservice/run-instance/configuration/ors/endpoints/isochrones#fastisochrones
https://giscience.github.io/openrouteservice/run-instance/configuration/ors/engine/profiles#preparation
nor the application.yml/ors-config.yml

Other options are:

• ors.services.matrix.allow_resolve_locations
• ors.services.routing.distance_approximation (used in older test-config)
