As I asked in https://ask.openrouteservice.org/t/tardur-time-outside-current-year/4111/2

When setting up a departure time outside of the current year at http://tardur.openrouteservice.org/, the following error message is shown:
Code 2002: Parameter ‘-0NaN–NaN–NaNT’ has incorrect value or format.

How can this be fixed?

API seems to be working fine when sending a date outside current year. Issue seems to be in the client time selector.

Add year to time picker format, so dates outside current year don't fail
