Latest Firmware for Apple II doesn't work #673

As the title says the latest firmware does not work on my Apple IIc. When I flash either the July or August 2023 firmware versions, my apple looks to want to boot but then freezes on the Apple II screen. The latest firmware that seems to work on my Apple is the March 2023 firmware.

Am I doing something wrong?
