Add Turbopack support #1420

Currently Turbopack is opt-in to Next.js (and in Alpha) but that should not stop us getting it ready for local development.

The current status is this:

Pipit uses the following configuration options not supported by turbopack:

trailingSlash
productionBrowserSourceMaps
i18n

There are also issues handling svg files.
