Hello @cstein ,

I am facing an error running FragIt. After the error, I am only getting a Python file (no PyMol or JMol files), but I don't know what to do with it.

Here are the input files I am using.

I appreciate any help you can give me.

I added TXT to the files in order to upload them.

1CVZ_prepared.inp.py.txt
FragIt_config.ini.txt
output.out.txt

1CVZ_prepared.pdb.txt
