Update, and make it not stink

Right now the state of the homepage is pretty sad. Almost all of it is currently just the Jekyll theme boilerplate. I need to fix this, not sure when I'll get to it, however.

Any help is certainly welcome.

I can help with formatting, jekyll stuffs, etc... however, I have to admit I have not good idea about the contents.

I think the most important bits are a good mission statement and
description of the group, and then a page linking to projects hosted by the
group that we want to promote. These are the first two priorities. Also I
think it's only worth promoting projects if they have a certain amount of
momentum, so for now Foodie, and the Fortran Style projects seem to be the
biggest ones with the most interest. (We can evaluate the others too, but
at least these, for now)

After that I would say that we should have a page to aggregate and promote
projects by group members outside of the group. FORD, FoBiS, JSON-Fortran
etc etc.

At some point in the future it would also be nice to have a page of Fortran
resources with links to the FortranWiki, CLF, LinkedIn group, GCC, ACM
Fortran Forum, etc. etc.

No huge rush... I just wanted to document somewhere that this was very
much a WIP and I am not yet satisfied with it's proximity to the desired
result.
