Taking text pattern information from grid header and cells

Hi, it is possible to assert text pattern related information but for grid header and cells?
We want to test that our grid preferences are properly applied in our application's grids
What we need to assert:

• grid row selection opacity and border color
• grid cell font
• grid header font
  by font I mean name, style and size of the font, for example: Microsoft YaHei, Bold, 8pt
  Note: we are using DevExpress.XtraGrid.GridControl
