I've encountered very strange side-effects, which seems to be caused by FlaUI (or its underlying libraries related to UIA3 Interop) in some applications, which manifest themselves as crashes in oleacc.dll.
The issue happens only in one of my virtual environments (Windows 8.1 Pro N 64-bit Build 9600 inside VirtualBox 6.1.46).
Start FlaUIInspect 1.3 (with UIA3 Interop) with elevated permissions and wait until it refreshes the tree (originally at this step I start my own custom program built with FlaUI, which just does the same - enumerates windows, their children, etc.)
Continue with the installer/uninstaller as usual until the end.
When you press the button like 'Finish' in the installer/uninstaller, it closes its last windows, and system reports the crash, which may look this way:
Exception EAccessViolation in module oleacc.dll at 0000280A.
Access violation at address 733F280A in module 'oleacc.dll'. Read of address 500B1A18.
If I don't start a FlaUI-based program or use UIA2 Managed for FlaUIInspect at step 2, everything goes fine - no crash happens.
The module C:\Windows\System32\oleacc.dll has timestamp 21.11.2014 02:55+3:00 and version 7.2.9600.17415 (winblue_r4.141028-1500) (it is Active Accessibility Core Component).
The installers of Auslogics products use a kind of off-screen window (positioned at (-5000,-5000), so they are invisible) along with an ordinary visible window.
