Summary

It seems the first time I use scrolling to change volume, windows freezes for 3-4 seconds, this also happens if I don't scroll to change volume for a while.

Steps to reproduce

reboot then scroll to change volume

EarTrumpet version

2.3.0.0

Windows version

10.0.19045.3324
