Need a Dog Policy; not sure what it is yet.

During the 'both floors are hotdesks' period, this could be easy and just declare downstairs as dog friendly, but would also be useful to codify the general policy of "The comfort of other space users is more important than your dogs cuteness" in a decent fashion

🦮 Here's the current, unwritten dog policy.

Dogs are okay. However, if someone says that they don't want the dog around them for any reason the owner will have to oblige. Ask if going to a different room is okay, if not, then you'll have to take the dog out of the space. If you don't want to speak to the dog owner directly, inform one of the @managers and we'll take it from there.
