The package won't work on Ubuntu 14.04:
Setting up moodle-sdk (0.4.2ubuntu1) ...
ERROR: Site moodle-sdk does not exist!
dpkg: error processing package moodle-sdk (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

You need to rename /etc/apache2/sites-available/moodle-sdk to /etc/apache2/sites-available/moodle-sdk.conf
