Simplify JSON table create statements so that...

CREATE TABLE tablename  (...)                              
ROW FORMAT SERDE 'com.esri.hadoop.hive.serde.JsonSerde'              
STORED AS INPUTFORMAT 'com.esri.json.hadoop.UnenclosedJsonInputFormat'
OUTPUTFORMAT 'org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.io.HiveIgnoreKeyTextOutputFormat'

can be simply written as...

CREATE TABLE tablename   (...)                         
STORED AS 'com.esri.hadoop.hive.JsonStorageHandler'
