Bootstrap Does not work when https://js.arcgis.com script is added

When ArcGIS JS API (<script src="https://js.arcgis.com/4.10/"></script>) is added to my ejs file, no matter where, Bootstrap functions fail to execute. For instance data-toggle should expanse the #org.name div. It does work when ArcGIS JS API is not include. But it fails when it is. Does anybody have a suggestion.
