Maybe a people section?

What about separate section identifying all peoples involved in the whole thing? Maybe @jdormansteele @shannoncunningham have also thoughts.

David's piece is in the "Tor Project" section and Shannon's is in "Friends and Colleagues." At present when I first mention someone involved, I use their full name or pseudonym and then subsequently refer to them by their last name. If I end up copying this repository to a more readable format as described in #10, I will make a list of all people mentioned so that it's easier to find them in the investigation.

Sorry had to make new account. Github did not like my Tor use.

What I am talking about is like a list with people entries- example would be:

Name: David W. Robinson
Location: Seattle, Washington 
Bio: Tech writer, programmer, civil libertarian, Germanist, Joycean, geek.
Involvement: tor-project volunteer, community member

Reason is there are many people named in the main file and could be nice to have a table of contents to find relevant overview or links quickly.
