Loot roll frame sometimes extends to bottom of screen

Description
When disabling the loot roll frame in the BlizzUI improvements tab sometimes (not always) the loot roll frame extends to the bottom of the screen.

I'm using passloot addon which is only working when I disable the loot roll frame in ElvUI.
