[BUG] Item Level Display

Description
When ElvUI is enabled, it flips on the in-game setting called "Show Item Level" (inside Interface Settings >Display) upon logon. This happens even when ElvUI Settings>Bags>Item Level is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

Disable all addons
Go into in-game Interface Settings >Display > Untick "Show Item Level" & relog and make sure it works.
Do the same thing with ElvUI (Base addon) enabled & see ElvUI flipping this setting.
Expected Behavior
ElvUI should not change this setting.

Actual Behavior
ElvUI changes this setting upon logon.
