Resto druids treeform and cat prowl actionbar is the same

steps to fix:
1a. Disable SnowfallKeypress addon
2a. use ElvUI_Enhanced to apply same key press animations (under ActionBars config tab)

1.b, if you're not using SnowfallKeypress, play with the Action Paging for Bar 1 until it works for you

I confirm, if SnowFallKeyPress is enabled this issue can be reproduced, so make sure to remove SnowFall, then go to /ec -> ActionBars -> General Options -> select Key Down. That's the built-in SnowFall in ElvUI.

A fix might be released but there's no reason at the moment, A known issues section will be more helpful since the built-in feature is the way to go around on this situation.
