I want to minimise dependencies in my project by utilising framework dependencies wherever possible

I want to add the net core 3 & net 6 TFM. The 2x new TFM should bring in the aspnet core framework to enable the reduction in dependencies. As part of the process polyfill package's ie STJ should also not be included for net 6.
