[Bug]: when initializing ckeditor it should keep focus

Describe the bug

When editing a comment and ckeditor is enabled the input doesn't keep the focus.
If after the initial (ajax) load of the form you try again, it will keep the focus.
There is a timing issue between comment => set focus and ckeditor => init

CKeditor should check if the textaria has the focus and then set the focus on the editor
